Our History

Based in Udaipur (the City of Lakes), India, we are a small but powerful Macro development organization that has developed world class products for several renowned IT and other business organizations. Our adept, young, and creative team works relentlessly to develop and deliver Excel/Macro solutions that will speed up processes and reduce costs.

We always attempt to spend time analyzing our clients’ business processes, and understanding their reporting and other automation requirements before starting work on developing solutions so that they can match our client’s business needs. We believe in offering value for money, which is why we never compromise with our deliverables. Honest pricing, quick communication, reliability, and quality solutions are the key things that separate us from others.

Aruna Joshi ( Founder )

As Microxcel’s Founder, Aruna has been the guiding force for the company, working with the Executive Team to establish the company’s vision, core values, and strategic direction. From 2012 when the company was launched, till date, Aruna’s laser focus on Excel/Macro consulting has helped Microxcel make its mark on the global scenario with its high quality, speed, flexibility and value.

Aruna’s vision and passion for building a strong organization has empowered Microxcel to provide outstanding Macro solutions and services to a wide gamut of industries including Information Technology, pharmaceuticals, finance, manufacturing, retail, logistics, and other industries. Her strategic focus on understanding the needs of clients and develop solutions that match those requirements has helped Microxcel create world class products and deliver unmatched Macro services to help their clients rapidly implement strategic changes through a skilled, engaged, and high performing workforce.

Aruna holds a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA – HR) awarded by Rajasthan Technical University. She has also received a Masters of Arts (Economics) degree from Bikaner University, Rajasthan.
